Paul Jansen
Paul Jansen is an Executive Advisor at Valtruis specializing in healthcare data and analytics, with extensive experience building and leading analytics teams that deliver actionable insights at scale. He is also a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Z2 Health Insights, a healthcare data and analytics consulting practice. Most recently, Paul led analytics at Tuva Health, developing analytics products on a widely adopted open-source healthcare analytics framework. Prior to that, he led value-based care analytics at Teladoc Health and built analytics functions at Bright Health, supporting Individual Marketplace and Medicare Advantage populations across multiple states. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, the Minnesota Department of Health, and the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota.
